We are currently seeking a Sustainable Resource Manager to join our Western Australian operations based in the stunning region of Western Australia.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable resource management strategies and initiatives
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices
Assess and monitor the impact of mining activities on the environment
Identify opportunities for resource conservation and waste reduction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into daily operations
Conduct environmental assessments and audits
Provide training and guidance to staff regarding sustainable resource management

Requirements:

A degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or a related field
Proven experience in sustainable resource management
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
Effective communication and presentation skills
Passionate about environmental and social sustainability
