Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting our operations
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with legal counsel and department heads to address compliance issues
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that impact our organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
