Position Available: Creative Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various teams to develop engaging visual content that aligns with YMCA Calgary's mission and values
Lead design projects from concept to completion across multiple platforms
Provide creative direction and support to enhance the overall visual identity of the organization
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to implement fresh ideas and approaches

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Passion for promoting creativity and innovation
