Position: Beverage Experience Curator

About the Role:

Are you a connoisseur of craft beverages? Do you have an exceptional palate and an innate ability to identify complex flavors and aromas? If so, we have a perfect opportunity for you to indulge your passion and be an integral part of our team at E.C. Dahls Bryggeri.

Responsibilities:

Conduct sensory analysis of our craft beverages, providing detailed evaluations and insightful feedback
Assist in the development and testing of new beverage recipes, ensuring consistency and quality
Collaborate with our production team to optimize brewing and fermentation techniques
Contribute to the development of new beverage concepts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct market research
Organize tasting events and participate in promotional activities
Provide guidance and share knowledge with colleagues, customers, and partners

Requirements:

Prior experience in the craft beverage industry, such as brewing, bartending, or sommelier
Deep knowledge and understanding of various craft beverage styles, ingredients, and production processes
Exceptional tasting skills with the ability to describe and assess flavor profiles
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information
Passion for experimentation, innovation, and pushing boundaries
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Fluency in English; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus
