About the Position
- Develop unique vacation experiences and itineraries for our clients, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and creating memorable moments.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, popular destinations, and emerging travel experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements, accommodations, activities, and other elements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tourism partners, resorts, and travel agents.
- Assist clients with travel insurance options and recommendations based on their needs.
- Handle inquiries, manage bookings, and provide prompt customer support throughout the travel process.
- Monitor and assess the performance of vacation experiences, seeking feedback and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
- A passion for travel, exploring new destinations, and creating unforgettable experiences for others.
- Previous experience in the tourism industry or related fields, with a strong understanding of vacation planning and logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of travel arrangements.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client preferences and handle unexpected situations.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in tourism, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Insurance knowledge and certifications are a plus.
