Position Available: Cultural Enrichment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cultural exchange programs to enhance the music learning experience.
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for students from diverse backgrounds.
- Create initiatives to celebrate and embrace cultural diversity within the Academy.
- Collaborate with instructors to integrate multicultural elements into the music curriculum.
- Organize multicultural events and performances to showcase the richness of different traditions.
Requirements:
- A passion for cultural diversity and inclusivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Experience in organizing cultural events or programs is a plus.
