Position Overview:

As the Innovative Solutions Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency across our hospital's service delivery processes. Your primary objective will be to identify, implement, and manage cutting-edge solutions to enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and drive the hospital towards the forefront of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of service delivery professionals to develop, implement, and monitor innovative solutions aimed at elevating patient care and experience.
Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion of initiatives and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps, develop improvement plans, and effectively execute change management strategies.
Research and analyze emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the healthcare industry, incorporating relevant advancements into our service delivery approach.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Provide ongoing training and support to staff, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Technology.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within healthcare delivery systems.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, streamline processes, and lead change in a complex and dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to promote operational efficiency.
Previous experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts is a plus.
