We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team at Kgalagadi Youth Development Center in Northern Cape, South Africa. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help empower the youth in the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate connections between youth and local resources
- Develop and implement empowerment programs
- Provide guidance and mentorship to young individuals
- Coordinate with stakeholders and partners for collaborative initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of empowerment initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field
- Prior experience working with youth empowerment programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
