Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sports and entertainment partners to conceptualize, design, and execute captivating digital experiences.
Manage end-to-end development of interactive applications, websites, and digital platforms for sports and entertainment engagements.
Create compelling, visually stunning content utilizing innovative technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR).
Lead project teams and coordinate interdisciplinary efforts to ensure seamless delivery of digital experiences.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to enhance our digital offerings.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with sports teams, leagues, and entertainment organizations to drive collaboration and opportunity for growth.
Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize the user experience and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Digital Media, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.
Proven experience in digital media production, interactive design, or related roles.
Proficiency in industry-leading software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to apply them effectively.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in the sports and entertainment industry.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
