Position: Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any non-compliance issues
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal standards
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on legal matters related to the transportation industry
- Collaborate with external legal advisors and authorities when necessary
- Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Business, or a related field
- Experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
- Strong knowledge of transportation industry regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex legal documents
- Ability to communicate legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
