Position: Global Production Specialist

As a Global Production Specialist at BHP, you will drive operational excellence in our manufacturing facilities worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices throughout our global operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead efforts to optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs across multiple manufacturing sites.
Develop and implement global production strategies to drive productivity and meet production targets.
Collaborate with engineering teams to introduce new technologies and automation in manufacturing processes.
Analyze production data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain a proactive approach to risk management and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Flexibility to travel internationally, as required.
