Job Title: Recreation Program Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Recreation Program Coordinator to develop and implement engaging activities centered around health, wellness, and community-building. In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas to life while promoting an active lifestyle among our community members.

Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and coordinate various recreational programs and events for individuals of all ages and abilities.
Create engaging sports and entertainment activities that cater to the diverse interests of our community.
Collaborate with local clubs and organizations to foster partnerships and enhance the range of programs offered.
Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Monitor program outcomes and identify areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance participant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field.
Proven experience in program coordination or event management.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for sports, recreation, and entertainment.
Knowledge of local and national regulations related to recreational programs will be an asset.
