Responsibilities:
- Lead culturally diverse group sport and wellness activities for our guests.
- Create and implement personalized fitness programs for individuals and groups.
- Organize and manage sports events and competitions.
- Provide guidance and support to guests during their sports and fitness activities.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and promote safety practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- Passionate about sports, fitness, and overall wellness.
- Experience in leading group fitness activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to different cultures and work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Certification in relevant sports or fitness programs is preferred.
