Join our Team:

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sustainability Specialist. Through this role, you will play a key part in advocating for LGBTQ+ rights while focusing on environmental challenges and geology-related issues.

Your Responsibilities:

Research, analyze, and assess the environmental impact of various projects and initiatives
Develop and implement strategies to promote sustainable practices within the LGBTQ+ community
Collaborate with local organizations to create environmentally friendly events and initiatives
Advocate for LGBTQ+-inclusive policies that actively address climate change and its consequences
Educate and raise awareness among the LGBTQ+ community about environmental issues

Your Qualifications:

Background in environmental science, geology, or a related field
Strong understanding of environmental challenges and their social implications
Passionate about LGBTQ+ rights and environmental justice
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
