Position: Cultural Integration Specialist

About the Role

As a Cultural Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategies to promote cultural awareness and understanding among employees
Providing guidance and support to employees from different backgrounds to ensure inclusive workplace practices
Collaborating with HR and management to create multicultural training programs
Assisting in the recruitment process to ensure a diverse pool of candidates

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
Experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives within a manufacturing or similar environment
Strong understanding of multiculturalism and inclusion best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and influence change
Experience with conducting cultural sensitivity training sessions
