Wildlife Care Specialist
Are you passionate about the well-being of our furry friends and the environment? Yonne Community Youth Center is looking for a dedicated Wildlife Care Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Providing compassionate care and rehabilitation for wildlife species in need.
- Monitoring the health and behavior of the wildlife residents at our center.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of enrichment programs.
- Collaborating with a team of animal care professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Educating the community about wildlife conservation and ecological sustainability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in animal care, wildlife rehabilitation, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of native wildlife species and their habitats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Passion for promoting animal welfare and environmental conservation.
