Key Responsibilities:

Oversee logistics, budgeting, and participant management for program execution
Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements for enhanced participant experiences

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, International Relations, Hospitality Management, or related field
Previous experience in program coordination, event planning, or cultural exchange initiatives
Strong communication, organizational, and intercultural skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
Fluency in English and German; additional language proficiency is a plus
