We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic team at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Berne, Switzerland. We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Global Business Development Manager.

Role Overview:

Global Market Strategy: In this role, you will play a vital role in developing and executing our global market strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships worldwide.
International Relations: As the representative of ITU in various international fora, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and governmental bodies to promote the objectives of the organization.
Market Research: You will conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competition, and propose innovative strategies to seize growth opportunities.
Budget and Forecasting: Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the successful implementation of business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience: At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in global business development or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex business environments, and propose innovative solutions.
Networking Skills: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to establish productive partnerships and collaborations.
Global Perspective: In-depth understanding of global business trends, international markets, and the telecommunications industry.
