Position: Cultural Innovator

Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies and solutions that integrate cultural perspectives into design and marketing initiatives.
Research and stay up-to-date on current cultural trends, including art, fashion, music, and design, to identify opportunities for brand positioning and creative direction.
Proactively provide insights on emerging cultural movements that can be leveraged for clients' campaigns and initiatives.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, developers, and clients to brainstorm and develop multicultural campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating creative concepts and cultural insights to stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of internal cultural initiatives and educational resources to foster a creative and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as sociology, anthropology, or cultural studies.
Proven experience in applying cultural insights to creative projects.
Strong understanding of various cultural practices, traditions, and customs.
Excellent research and analytical skills with a keen eye for identifying cultural trends.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Passionate about cultural diversity, inclusivity, and innovation.
Proficiency in relevant design and project management tools is a plus.
