We are seeking an Education and Development Associate at the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum in the picturesque city of Lausanne, Switzerland!

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver educational programs for visitors of all ages
- Engage with guests to enhance their understanding of humanitarian initiatives
- Contribute to the development of interactive exhibits and workshops
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a dynamic and engaging museum experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, History, Anthropology, or related field
- Experience in curriculum development or educational program planning
- Passion for promoting global citizenship and humanitarian values
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and French is preferred
