Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized care plans to enhance the overall quality of life for our residents
Organize engaging activities and events to promote physical and mental well-being
Collaborate with the team to ensure a nurturing and compassionate environment
Provide exceptional care and attention to the unique needs of each companion
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and programs

Requirements:

Passion for creating a positive impact on the lives of pets and animals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong sense of empathy and understanding towards the well-being of animals
Relevant experience in pet care or animal welfare is a plus
