As an Adventure Experience Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors. This position blends your passion for outdoor activities with your exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and coordinate adventure-based experiences for guests, including hiking tours, cycling routes, and other outdoor activities.
Collaborate with local guides and experts to ensure high-quality excursions.
Manage bookings, schedules, and logistics for adventure experiences.
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests during all activities.
Contribute to the promotion of our adventure experiences through various channels.

Requirements:

Previous experience in organizing outdoor activities or events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Balearic Islands' outdoor attractions and activities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
