We are excited to announce a unique opportunity to join Bodegas Ribas, located in the stunning Balearic Islands of Spain. As an Adventure Experience Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors. This position blends your passion for outdoor activities with your exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and coordinate adventure-based experiences for guests, including hiking tours, cycling routes, and other outdoor activities.
- Collaborate with local guides and experts to ensure high-quality excursions.
- Manage bookings, schedules, and logistics for adventure experiences.
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests during all activities.
- Contribute to the promotion of our adventure experiences through various channels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in organizing outdoor activities or events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Balearic Islands' outdoor attractions and activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
