Position: Wellness Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs to enhance employee fitness levels
- Organize sports events and workshops to encourage employee participation
- Coordinate with external fitness trainers and instructors
- Provide fitness consultations and personalized exercise plans
- Promote a healthy work environment through educational initiatives and activities
- Collaborate with HR to develop health policies and guidelines
- Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Nutrition, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing fitness/wellness programs
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire employees to adopt a healthy lifestyle
- Team player with a passion for promoting well-being
