Position: Multicultural Engagement Supervisor

Job Description:
As a Multicultural Engagement Supervisor at Nakuru Sports Development Foundation, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating diverse cultural initiatives that enrich our sporting programs and community interactions. Your role will involve fostering inclusivity, promoting cultural exchange, and ensuring a harmonious environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance cultural sensitivity within the organization
- Organize multicultural events, workshops, and training sessions
