Position: Supply Chain Coordinator

Pirelli Italy is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the beautiful region of Piedmont. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to our success in meeting customer demands efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods within Pirelli's supply chain network in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Collaborate with various internal departments, including procurement, production, and distribution, to plan and execute demand forecasts and inventory management.
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to transportation, customs, and international trade.
Manage relationships with strategic partners, including logistics service providers and suppliers, to optimize transportation routes and negotiate favorable terms.
Proactively resolve any supply chain discrepancies or issues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of supply chain systems and tools to manage inventory, demand planning, and order fulfillment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Italian. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
