Kotkan Urheilijat, a leading organization in Kymenlaakso, Finland, is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as an Experience Creator. At Kotkan Urheilijat, we are committed to delivering innovative and high-energy sports and entertainment experiences for our valued audience.

About the Position:

Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging experiences that captivate our audience.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the interaction between sports and entertainment, creating memorable and unique experiences for our fans.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our events and ensure we remain at the forefront of the market.
Creatively incorporate sponsors and partners into the experiences to maximize brand exposure and sponsorship opportunities.
Manage event logistics, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth execution.
Analyze post-event feedback and data to measure the success of each experience and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in event planning or sports/entertainment industry.
Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in both Finnish and English.
Proficiency in using event management software and social media platforms.
