Job Description:
- Implement and manage wellness programs for employees and stakeholders
- Conduct health assessments and develop personalized wellness plans
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for on-site consultations and services
- Educate and promote healthy lifestyle choices among staff
- Monitor wellness trends and research new initiatives to enhance employee well-being
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience in health promotion or wellness coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging wellness programs
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
