Position Available: Wellness Advocate
As a Wellness Advocate at Spar Stjørdal, your primary focus will be to empower individuals to live healthier lives through positive lifestyle choices and physical activities. You will inspire and motivate our customers to achieve their fitness goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized wellness advice and guidance to customers
- Organize and lead diverse fitness classes and activities
- Promote a sense of community and belonging within our wellness center
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in health and fitness
Qualifications:
- Passionate about promoting health and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading fitness classes is a plus
- Open-minded and respectful of diverse cultural backgrounds
