Indianapolis Power & Light is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key player in our Legal Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's operations consistently adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough research on legal and regulatory matters affecting the organization
- Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance across all departments
- Performing audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Preparing and maintaining compliance documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
