Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product development team to introduce innovative manufacturing techniques.
Implement new strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of our production processes.
Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in materials and technologies relevant to ski apparel manufacturing.
Work closely with our design team to translate creative concepts into functional and marketable products.
Assist in troubleshooting any manufacturing issues that may arise and provide timely solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations through data analysis and optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Industrial Design, or related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or product development role within the apparel industry.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for winter sports and outdoor activities is a plus!
