Responsibilities:

Engage with visitors, assisting them in navigating the festival and answering their inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service by offering guidance, suggestions, and recommendations tailored to individual preferences
Coordinate and oversee various festival activities to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with festival vendors and partners to enhance guests' overall experience
Maintain a welcoming and well-organized festival environment
