Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
Manage the organization's brand identity across all communication channels.
Create captivating content for press releases, marketing materials, digital media, and presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and external stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior communication team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
Extensive knowledge of the media landscape, both traditional and digital.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to think strategically and analyze data to measure the success of communication efforts.
Experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media management platforms.
