Position Available: Culture Engagement Specialist

The role of a Culture Engagement Specialist involves connecting people with our state's engaging history and cultural assets through various engaging programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing cultural engagement projects that showcase the unique aspects of Rhode Island
Collaborating with local communities and organizations to promote cultural awareness and appreciation
Developing interactive experiences that highlight the historical and contemporary significance of our state's cultural tapestry
Curating resources and materials that celebrate the diverse heritage and traditions of Rhode Island
Measuring the impact of cultural engagement efforts and continuously enhancing program effectiveness

Qualifications:

A strong passion for cultural diversity and heritage preservation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in event planning, community outreach, or cultural programming is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative cultural initiatives
