Opportunity: Customer Experience Specialist

CeraNet, Inc., a leading technology solutions provider based in Ohio, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience while interacting with our products and services.



Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their inquiries, concerns, and providing resolution in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and implement solutions.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers, ensuring they are equipped to utilize our offerings effectively.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
