Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to support agricultural initiatives
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify opportunities for rural development
- Organize workshops and training sessions to educate community members on best practices in agriculture
- Assist in the planning and execution of community events to promote agricultural awareness
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of community development projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Rural Development, or related field
- Proven experience in community development or outreach programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse community setting
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
