Connecticut Science & Engineering Fair (CSEF) is pleased to invite motivated individuals to join our growing team as Innovation Solutions Specialists. As an Innovation Solutions Specialist, you will contribute to our mission of promoting science and engineering among Connecticut students while enjoying an array of rewarding benefits.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with schools, educators, and students in encouraging participation in science fairs and related activities.
Provide guidance and support to students on project development, innovation, and scientific research.
Organize and streamline processes for fair registration, project evaluations, and public showcases.
Assist in identifying industry experts, mentors, and judges to enhance the fair's impact and quality.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to foster scientific curiosity and critical thinking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in a STEM field with a focus on engineering, biology, physics, or a related discipline.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for inspiring young minds in science and engineering.
Prior experience in event planning or educational outreach is preferred but not required.
