Job Title: Wellness Support Specialist

As a Wellness Support Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of wellness and ensuring the health and safety of our employees. Your focus will be on providing support and resources to enhance their overall well-being. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to support employee health
Assist in coordinating and conducting health screenings, wellness workshops, and educational sessions
Provide personalized wellness consultations to employees, including nutrition guidance and stress management techniques
Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment
Track and analyze wellness program data to measure its effectiveness
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate employee health records
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workplace wellness

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Health, Nutrition, Psychology, or a related discipline
Experience working in wellness, employee health, or related fields
Demonstrated knowledge of lifestyle management, preventive care, and wellness practices
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis software is preferred
