Job Title: Wellness Support Specialist

As a Wellness Support Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of wellness and ensuring the health and safety of our employees. Your focus will be on providing support and resources to enhance their overall well-being. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives to support employee health
- Assist in coordinating and conducting health screenings, wellness workshops, and educational sessions
- Provide personalized wellness consultations to employees, including nutrition guidance and stress management techniques
- Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment
- Track and analyze wellness program data to measure its effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate employee health records
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workplace wellness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Public Health, Nutrition, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Experience working in wellness, employee health, or related fields
- Demonstrated knowledge of lifestyle management, preventive care, and wellness practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis software is preferred
