Responsibilities:

Identify and explore innovative solutions to address community challenges related to energy and the environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives
Research and analyze industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and community organizations
Lead workshops, training sessions, and community engagement events
Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., environmental science, sustainability, engineering)
Proven experience in project management and driving innovation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships
