Job Description:
As an Alpine Adventure Specialist, you will be at the heart of the action, assisting our visitors in experiencing the thrill of the mountains at its best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and recommendations on the best snowboarding spots in the region
- Offering top-notch customer service to ensure unforgettable experiences for our clients
- Assisting with gear selection and rentals, ensuring optimal performance and safety
- Participating in snowboarding lessons and excursions with guests
- Maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors
Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- A genuine passion for snowboarding and the outdoors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Knowledge of the Aosta Valley region and its attractions (preferred)
