Welcome to Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness! We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in the exciting role of Franchise/Chain Manager.
As a Franchise/Chain Manager at the Department of Public Health and Wellness, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing relationships with a diverse range of businesses within our community. Your main focus will be on ensuring compliance with public health guidelines, promoting wellness initiatives, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing partnerships with franchise and chain businesses to promote public health initiatives
- Implementing strategies to ensure health and safety compliance
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to create wellness programs
- Tracking and analyzing data to measure the impact of health campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in franchise or chain management is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Passion for promoting health and wellness in the community
