R&D Financial Analyst

Your Role:

Perform financial, statistical, and analytical research to support critical business decisions and strategic initiatives
Analyze financial data, identify trends, and present insights to drive innovation and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and forecasts
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform financial strategies
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience in financial analysis, research, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
