We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as an Environmental Sustainability Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and initiatives to reduce our environmental impact and promote sustainable practices throughout the organization.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in environmental sustainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability programs, policies, and procedures.
Assess and monitor the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage data collection and reporting to measure our progress towards environmental goals.
Coordinate educational workshops and training sessions to increase employee awareness and engagement in sustainability efforts.
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with environmental policies and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in implementing environmental sustainability programs.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, best practices, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
