Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and monitor production schedules
- Implement eco-friendly strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce environmental impact
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with green building standards
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source sustainable materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Proven experience in production management and implementing sustainable practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of green building principles and regulations
