Role Overview:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.
Develop strategies for implementing diverse perspectives in research and innovation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multicultural elements into projects.
Drive cultural innovation through knowledge dissemination and community engagement.
Stay abreast of industry trends related to diversity and recommend best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in research, cultural studies, or related areas.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for exploring diverse perspectives.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
