Position: Outdoor Education Instructor

Job Description:

Lead and facilitate outdoor education programs focused on environmental awareness, leadership development, and team building.
Deliver engaging lessons and activities related to ecology, geology, and natural resource management.
Guide participants in wilderness expeditions to promote self-discovery and self-reliance.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment by implementing risk management practices.
Collaborate with a team of instructors to design and enhance program curriculum.
Provide supportive leadership and mentorship to participants in their personal and leadership development journeys.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Geology, Outdoor Education).
Prior experience teaching or instructing in an outdoor setting.
Strong knowledge of environmental principles, conservation practices, and outdoor ethics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and adapt in dynamic environments.
Passion for experiential education and a commitment to environmental sustainability.
