As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our institution adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, supporting the success of our healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend necessary corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are embedded in all processes, trainings, and initiatives.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and provide guidance to the organization on new compliance obligations.
Investigate and resolve compliance violations and concerns, implementing appropriate measures to prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Proven experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Proficient in using technology tools and software to manage compliance processes effectively.
