Job Title: Creative Innovation Specialist

Location: Lugari, Kenya

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance our sugar production processes
Generate innovative designs, prototypes, and artistic renderings that align with our company's values and objectives
Explore emerging trends in visual aesthetics, materials, and technologies to elevate our brand presence and product offerings
Take a lead role in designing marketing materials, product packaging, and visual content for various communication channels
Cultivate a culture of creativity and artistic expression within the organization through workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field
Proven experience in developing innovative concepts and translating ideas into visually compelling designs
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, or similar tools
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Demonstrated passion for creative problem-solving and pushing the boundaries of traditional design
