- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
