Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's talent needs
Source and engage with candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure best fit for roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide guidance on recruitment processes
Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
