Responsibilities

Lead and manage innovation projects within the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop innovative concepts
Research market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition
Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring quality and efficiency
Conduct regular competitor analysis and provide strategic recommendations
Manage relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery of innovative products

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Culinary Arts, Food Science)
Proven experience in an innovative culinary or food manufacturing role
Strong knowledge of the modern food industry and emerging trends
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and German
Willingness to travel as needed
